Blaine founded Stewart Home Inspection in 2004 and holds a Bachelor's from University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh. He is a HITA Master Inspector, AHIT certified, and currently serves as President of the Home Inspectors of Tennessee Association. Also certified in mold (University of Tennessee) and radon (ASHI).
Adam brings over 20 years of real estate experience. He is one of the few inspectors in Tennessee to hold dual Master certifications from both HITA and InterNACHI. He serves as an at-large HITA board member and is an active member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR).
Phil brings 20+ years as a Journeyman Pipefitter plus extensive residential maintenance and remodeling experience. He earned his home inspection certification through InspectionGo Academy and holds InterNACHI certifications in thermal imaging and radon.
Kenton brings 15 years of construction experience and 7 years as a local contractor specializing in building and remodeling across greater Knoxville. InterNACHI certified with additional certifications in pool & spa, mold, and radon testing.
